Our Appointment System

A full appointment system is employed but urgent cases will always be seen the same day. You can make an appointment either by telephone or in person. Each consultation is allocated 15 minutes. Please be aware that surgeries are very busy with lots of patients to see so we allocate enough time to discuss one issue. If you have more than one issue you may want to book a double appointment but our care navigators in reception will be able to advise as it may be another member of the team that can help.

As a patient here at the practice we will do our best to accommodate your needs, both medically and in offering you suitable appointments. An appointment that fits your schedule may not always be available with your preferred doctor/nurse.

If you are unable to attend for an appointment, please notify us (or ask someone to do it for you) as soon as possible, so that the appointment may be offered to someone else.
