PATCHS is open from 07:45 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This allows those with other commitments to access PATCHS before the practice opens.
Your PATCHS will be triaged and responded to within 2 working days, sooner if appropriate.
***Remember from 1st January 2026*** Patients should register with the PATCHS service for triage requests. This will help our vulnerable patients who cannot access the service get through the phone lines where the staff can assist to complete on their behalf.
